the global skin explores the potential of collaborative storytelling within communication channels of the Web 2.0. At the same time, the project allows hands-on exploration of cinematic narrative structure and visual aesthetics. the global skin is concerned with the theme "Man&Textile" In a video (including sound-,text-,photo-) competition we collect many different perspectives on that topic, with the aim to weave a filmic texture. The final product will be a patchwork-feature-film.
The jury consists of eminent personalities such as the internationally known video artist Pipilotti Rist and director Christian Frei.
