I’m renting out my 80sqm studio/living space in an old factory building in Berlin-Mitte (Wedding near Gesundbrunnen) It’s on the 3rd floor, reachable with an elevator (3m diagonal) or stairs in a shared loft with international artists. The studio has a high ceiling, 3 large windows to the north side - ideal for painters - one big room with a bar/kitchen, a small bedroom/wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The loft will be fully equipped, towels and linen are there, free wifi, heating, water, electricity - you just have to bring your luggage. It costs 1000,-€ per month, which you should pay in advance each month after leaving a deposit of 1000,-€.
